The
National Institute of Health & Social Studies - NIHSS, (formerly known
as the Centre for Health Studies) is a part of the Ministry of Health, and
is located in the premises of the Victoria Hospital.
The
NIHSS is able to offer to interested persons a wide variety of
professional courses in health and Social work. Conscious that the people
entering the health and social work professions today face a greater range
of intellectual and practical challenges than ever before, the programs
have been organised to prepare a generation of thinking and questioning
health professionals and Social workers who can deal with whatever the
future brings. There
